Life as a Customer Experience Executive – With Renike

After three years working as a Client Experience Executive at Audeo, our staff, Ajirenike Omoyeni sat down with us for an interview ruminating over her time with us and unfolding the dynamics at play when operating in the role of a Clients’ Experience professional.

Ajirenike Omoyeni is an avant-garde economist with a penchant for entrepreneurship. She joined Audeo on May 21st, 2019, bringing in a freshness of mind and enthusiasm that can only be matched by the descriptions of a good read. Her unique skillset immediately placed her in the same rank as high-flying business professionals who have accrued sufficient experience dealing with customers, after several years. She had just finished her National Youth Service Corps, and had bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University at Ile-Ife.

Life as a customer service executive

As a Customer Experience executive, Ajirenike was tasked with meeting clients’ demand and worked at the front of customer and company satisfaction. Customer onboarding, client account management and overseeing quotes necessary for successful contracts were some key parts of her role. This is a crucial role requiring an empathetic, curious, efficient, proactive and honest employee to execute, and Ajirenike did not fall short of the demands. Responding to inquires and collating well-articulated feedback were critical responsibilities to be handled effectively for customer retention and process improvement and she also delivered the best service in this regard. In this interview, she shares with us the essential bites she has gathered along her journey as a staff at Audeo.
